Palmer Music Company collects the information you give us when you place an order, sign up for lessons, or contact us: your name, contact details, billing and shipping address, and order details. For EFA purchases we also record the student’s name, which ClassWallet and the Arkansas Department of Education require on every payment request.
We use this information to fill your order, process payment, provide warranty service, and keep you updated on lessons and events. We share it only with the companies that help us do that (Stripe, ClassWallet, shipping carriers, and our website and email providers) or when the law requires it. We don’t sell your information.
