These terms apply to purchases from Palmer Music Company (Preston Palmer Studios LLC), 1131 Front Street, Conway, AR 72032.
Prices and tax
Prices are in US dollars. Sales tax is charged on every order, including orders paid with Arkansas EFA funds, at the rate for your pickup or delivery address.
Paying with Arkansas EFA funds
When you choose ClassWallet Direct Pay at checkout, we send a payment request to your ClassWallet account within 1 business day. Your instrument is held for you while ClassWallet reviews it. We release the order for pickup or shipping once ClassWallet approves the payment. If it isn’t approved within 14 days, we may cancel the order and release the instrument.
You can cancel at no cost while the payment request is still pending in ClassWallet. After it’s approved, a cancellation is handled as a return.
The Arkansas Department of Education decides what’s eligible for EFA funds. We can’t offer cash back, gift cards, or rebates on EFA purchases.
Paying by card
Card payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
Pickup and shipping
Local pickup at our Conway store is free. We ship anywhere in the United States at the rate shown at checkout. We’ll let you know when your order is ready or on its way.
Availability
If an item sells out after you order, we’ll contact you right away and either hold your order for the next shipment or cancel it, whichever you prefer.
